Frequently Asked Questions

Is everything vegan?

Yes! Everything is 100% vegan (not that you'd ever be able to tell).

Why do you say 'non-gluten' and not 'gluten free'?

The definition of gluten-free is 'where the presence of gluten is less than 20 parts per million (ppm) in a food product or meal.' Whilst all care is taken to ensure our cookies are safe to eat and all the ingredients we use don't contain any gluten as an active ingredient, they are not all certified gluten free. We take allergens very seriously and therefore choose to use 'non-gluten' instead of 'gluten free'.

How long do the cookies last?

Best eaten within five days, but if you don't manage to eat them all by then - they're still super yummy popped in the microwave for 30 seconds! Just make sure they're kept in an airtight container to maximise freshness. (They can also be frozen for up to a month!)

Can I buy cookies in person?

Absolutely! I attend regular markets and events around the South West of England. You can check my social media accounts here to find out where you can find me next!

Are there going to be new flavours?

Yes! I'm always working on different flavours and ideas - but to reduce food waste I'm starting with a small line. Keep checking back to see what's new!

How are the cookies shipped?

All cookies are baked fresh on Wednesdays and Fridays, then wrapped in biodegradable packaging, boxed up and shipped first class with Royal Mail that day.
